			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I swear I used to be a fit person. Or so I thought. AHHH what happened to me? Today I weighed myself and took photos of my big fat belly. Could not believe it. Or could I? I don&#8217;t know?  It is horrible. I think since I met my husband I have gained 50 lbs. I would like to lose 60 or 70 lbs. That is a LOT. I can&#8217;t believe I am making my body carry around an extra 70 lbs. I am too lazy to be carrying around extra weight. This needs to stop now. I don&#8217;t know why I weigh this much, well I do but I have been eating very healthy lately. Or so I thought. I at all organic, natural food this past week and I did not lose anything. I did eat ice cream and beer though, but only 2 beers. I used to be able to eat that kind of stuff and not gain any weight. I was also active this weekend. I was outside a lot and working on the yard. I will post the picts of my belly tomorrow.</p>
<p>I have been reading about the effects of sugar, ie white sugar and natural sweeteners as well as MSG. I had no idea there are over 25 names for MSG that are hidden in product ingredients. A trip to the grocery store revealed that almost everything has MSG. I have been eating a lot of processed foods this year. Lots of TV dinners, etc. I have been eating MSG packed food all year. Actually I have probably been eating it all my life. I used to do a lot of detoxes when I was smaller. I always felt so good after. I am considering starting my weight loss off with a good detox. I am also going to get organized and plan out meals and emergency snack food so I don&#8217;t give into binging during my 4pm crash. OH man, I have a lot of work ahead of me.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>OK I am an unconventional person with a big fat problem. A conventional problem? I have a huge big fat belly. I  carry my fat in my belly. It is so horrible. Why can&#8217;t I carry the fat in my hips and ass (like my sister in law)? Or why do I have this at all? Well obviously I like to fill my pie hole with, er pie, cookies, etc.</p>
<p>I know the dangers of holding my fat in my belly. Belly fat is the most dangerous kind of fat. Higher risk of diabetes, heat disease, cancer, etc. All the big killers.</p>
<p>If you are a woman and your belly is over 35 inches you are in trouble. Regardless of height. I think I might be in trouble. I had better measure that thing tonight&#8230; Maybe I will post a pict of my big fat belly to motivate myself.</p>
<p>I have always carried weight in my belly but I have been especially naughty this past year and am suffering for it.</p>
<p>Oh how I long for my uni days when I thought I was fat. Ha! I was like, 60 lbs lighter. And I thought I was fat. What was I thinking? Oh to fit in those clothes again.</p>
<p>So that is my goal. My goal is to lose my belly fat. To change how I eat, move, live. I think I can do it. I need some help/support/ motivation. My plan in this blog is to try different things and see what results. I am also trying to educate myself and share what I learn. Why is my belly fat, why did I let this happen, what can I do, what is working, what is not, etc.</p>
